IPFX Tool bar not working

Problem
All of a sudden the Toolbar is still available in outlook but when you click on any of the buttons, none of them work. Also when you log into outlook you don't get the IPFX login box appear.
Solution
  1. First unintall the IPFX client from the PC.
  2. You need to navigate to C:\Documents & Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\
  3. Then rename the folder Outlook to outlook.old.
  4. Install IPFX
  5. Open Outlook and it should work.
  6. It may work just be carrying out steps 3 & 5 but haven't tested it yet.
  7. If it still doesn't work I have found that the following works also.
  8. The fix was to rename the following reg key “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Resiliency” to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Resiliency.old
  9. Restart Outlook

Actually you just need to delete the disabled item node in the resiliency node.
that worked for me
