CTFMON.EXE activates the Alternative User Input Text Input Text Input Processor (TIP) and the Microsoft Office Language Bar. This is no nessessary under a Citrix environment, so the best thing to do is to remove it from the server. - Goto Add & Rmove Programs
- Select Office XP and choose to add & remove a feature.
- Click the cross next to Office Shared Feature -> Alternative User Input.
- Make sure you make Alternative User Input Unavailable.

| - Click Start and then click Run

| - In the Run dialog box, type the following command:
- Regsvr32.exe /u msimtf.dll
|

| - Repeat steps 1 through 3 for the Msctf.dll file
