Outlook 2003 Out Of Office Assistant Error

I have had instances in a week where I have had two different errors when trying to switch off an “Out of Office Assistant” which ended up needing the same resolution.
The first error message read “The command is not available. See the program documentation about how to use this extension.” The other read “The command is not available. See the program documentation about how to use this extension”.
The fix was to rename the following reg key “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Resiliency” to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Resiliency.old” Restart Outlook and it worked.
