IPFX Voicemail Email

When a user gets a voicemail it should email them as a notification message. With that message you also get a wav file and the ability to hear the voicemail via the phone using controlls embedded in the mail. For some reason the email notifictaion is generated but there are no controls in the email.

Looks like the voicemail form which is used becomes corrupted.
  1. First go to a working machine and go to Tools\Options\Other\Advanced Options\Custom Forms\Manage Forms.
  2. Highlight the form Voicemail and click on Save As.
  3. Save the file somewhere so you can pick it up from the faulty PC.
  4. Then move onto the faulty PC.
  5. Open Outlook and go to Tools\Options\Other\Advanced Options\Custom Forms\Manage Forms.
  6. In the right hand pane, select the Voicemail form and click Delete (if they have an entry, if not skip to step 8).
  7. Close and open Outlook again.
  8. Go to Tools\Options\Other\Advanced Options\Custom Forms\Manage Forms again and click Install Change the Files of Type to fdm.
  9. Navigate to where you saved the form file in step 3 and select the filename.fdm file.
  10. Close all the boxes and now it should work.
