When trying to add a calendar entry you get the following message "The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your Administrator". The solution is; 1. Exit Outlook.
2. Click Start, point to Programs, and then click Windows Explorer.
3. In Windows Explorer, move to the
\\Documents and Settings\\\\Local Settings\\Application Data\\Microsoft\\FORMS
folder on your hard drive.
4. In the Forms folder, click to select the Frmcache.dat file and press the DELETE key to delete this file.
5. Quit Windows Explorer.
6. Start Outlook. A new Frmcache.dat will be created. |
