"Operation Failed" when sending from Outlook

When trying to send a mail to multiple people, or a single person, you may get an error saying "Operation Failed". The reason is that one of the mail addresses has some kind of accent, this is more so with Swedish or French names. The accent must be removed and the mail will then be sent.
