"Data on server unavailable" error

When you are trying to restore data using TSM, you may get an error saying something like "Data on server unavailable". This will indicate a problem with TSM seeing the drive device.
If you log onto the command line utility of TSM and type the following "q path" Drives 1 & 2 should has Yes under Online. If this says No then you will need to phone Real and they will talk you through the process of switching them back on.
Also if you type "q drive" both drives should be online
This usually happens after the machine has had errors and TSM decides to mark them as offline. Can happen if the drive flaggs up "Obstruction Check Picker" error.
