- Go into Regedit and type the following to find the temp directory.
- KEY: HKCU\software\Microsoft\Office\
\Outlook\Security the value name your after is OutlookSecureTempFolder - Copy the directory path of the value name into the run command.
- It should open up the directory, then delete all the files in this location.

Can’t create file: VoiceMessage.wav
You get an error message when trying to open a voicemessage file from outlook. This happens when the number of voicemessage.wav files reaches 100 in a temp directory. They must be deleted before you can listen to another message.
