But the one thing i couldn't figure out was how to include screen prints into an article. I can across a fix which worked but missed one omission which meant I wasted hours.
If you are using the Outlook CRM add in, do not try to do this from within Outlook. You won't be able to drag the pictures in. You must do this from IE.
- First off, you will need to be able to upload your screen prints to a server offsite. This can be an image store or in a directory on your web server. Basically the article will display the image as a refernce. That way, when its sent to someone, they will be able to see the picture. If its stored on your network, they will see a red cross.
- Create a new article, leave spaces where you intend to insert your screen print.
- Open another web page and navigate to the area on your website or image store, that houses the picture.
- Then drag the image from one page to the spot in the article.
