Pictures not displaying in Outlook

When a users opens an email, where there is suppose to be an image, they just see a red cross.


There is a registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook\Security. It contains a key called "OutlookSecureTempFolder ". Delete this key.
