Corrupt PST File

On Outlook 97 there is a limit of a PST file of around 1.9GB. Sometimes it reaches this figure and becomes corrupt. You will find it tries to open but then asks for Outlook to be restarted. There is a program included in Outlook called scanpst.exe.

On my system its located "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033\SCANPST.EXE"

The user must be out of Outlook and then you start the program, point to the PST file and it will repair any bad sectors. You must then delete any mail in this Personal Folder or move it to a second Folder to stop this happening again

I have quite rich experience in this sphere, but this problem requires a special determination, one of suitable determinations would become the next utility for solving out problems related to outlook - ost to pst converter.
